MyMoto & MyMoto Driver Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MyMoto & MyMoto Driver apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app or its services.

 

2. Registration and Account

To access certain features of the app, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to regularly update such information.

 

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or identity theft.

 

4. Payments

Payments for rides are processed either as online transactions through our partner, Stripe, or via cash. It is your responsibility to understand and agree with Stripe's terms of service if choosing online payment methods.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

If a ride is canceled after a driver has accepted the booking, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

6. Disputes Between Users

Disputes between riders and drivers should first attempt to be resolved amicably between the parties. If a resolution cannot be found, users can contact MyMoto for assistance.

 

7. Termination

TUMA ENTERPRISES, INC. reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the MyMoto & MyMoto Driver apps for reasons including but not limited to breaches of these terms, requests by enforcement or government agencies, or unexpected technical issues.

 

8. Disclaimer

The apps and their content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

TUMA ENTERPRISES, INC. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia.

 

11. Changes to the Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms and Conditions. When we post changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the beginning of these terms.
